Windows XP Professional: Restrict file sharing

I am using windows XP professional as my primary operating system and after I got my cable connection for internet I wanted to do more things other then simple browsing and chatting, I wanted to share files and give access to selected people by letting them know my password.
Windows 98 support password sharing but in windows XP professional applying password on shared folders is not that simple so I googled around and got the solution for my problem here is the solution ;)

>Go to control panel
>Then Administrative tools
>Then computer management
>On left u will see local users and groups
>Double click it
>Click on users now
>Right click on guest
>Click on set password option from menu
>Enter desired password (for example 123)
>Click ok

and that’s it you have successfully apply password now whenever someone wants to access your shared folders he/she have to provide username that is guest and then password that is 123.
