hi
its very easy to use custome sprays in counter strike just follow all the steps given below
1. download spray file with extension wad
2. then rename it to tempdecal.wad
3. now i have cs 1.6
4. goto Counter-Strike\cstrike and paste wad file
5. now start game goto options select srap
6. apply it and start playing and during play press T to spray.

There is no word of “How to make it” It’s “Where to put it”. Change title or add informative text.

yeah where you put it is the tricky part for some
sometimes the file is named ” tempdecal ” .. sometimes its ” pdecal ”
u can use a lot of programs to make a spray, including “wally” ( wally is a program devoted to making game textures )
im pretty sure it needed to be a .bmp image ( bitmap) and that it needed to respect a few measurements , 16X 16 pixels .. up to like 512 X 512 ? ( also can be like 64 X 128 .. and any multiplication of 16) I guess ..
Anyway just make your spray load it in to your wad making program .. and save it as .wad file , then overwrite it .
i know im not really clear , nor am i going into this in detail . but who cares …
