hi friends
You know google chrome is out and everyone was so excited about that including me as a very passionate user i tried to do all of the things now in chrome i have imported my firefox settings (bookmarks) into chrome. All bookmarks are showing good I liked that but shortly I needed to perform a simple task in chrome that is “searching for a bookmarked site among all the bookmarks i have” and till now i don’t know how to search for my bookmark in mighty chrome.
So if anyone of you know how to seach bookmarks in chrome please let me know. And one more thing what about tags how can I tag my pages?

I don’t believe there is a search function for stuff on the frame of the browser, just stuff in the window.
When I imported my Links and Favorites from IE, the arrived in a long list, arranged alphabetically. Some the imported links were files ( yahoo bookmarks and such ), and those files were arranged in a ‘tree’ that looks much like a Windows Explorer side-bar.
I wrote a ‘knol’ about importing and organizing Bookmarks that has some screenshots that might be helpful. The instructions are simple and the method is intuitive, that uses drag-and-drop for easy arrangement. All in all, it’s really a matter of organizational skills. Take a look;

hi Wallace,
thanks for reading my blog and commenting. Real problem what I am facing is that every bookmark i have is the solution of some problem in my daily life. Sometimes I only remember part of the title that my bookmarks have so firefox search for bookmarks really help me to locate my bookmark for example “jquery accordian” or “asp.net linq basics”.
Its hard to traverse the whole tree of your bookmarks expanding and collapsing the tree nodes take lots of time so in my opinion bookmark search option is a necessity.
